Now that "ObamaTax" has been outed as the devious tax increase that it actually is, it appears that congressional Republicans have found themselves in a bit of more comfortable position that they'd have originally thought. As a tax, the individual mandate falls under the?jurisdiction?of the Legislative Branch of the federal government.
And you know what that means.?Mahahahahahahaha?
The House as early as next week will pass legislation prohibiting the IRS from receiving any money from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to implement the 2010 healthcare reform law.
Passage of the financial services spending bill is especially timely in light of last week's Supreme Court ruling that penalties the government can impose under the law against people who refuse to buy health insurance can be seen as a tax, because it is enforced like a tax.
It's genius in its simplicity! It's certain to bring health care reform crashing down upon the heads of Comrade Obama and his den of socialist Democrats.
There's just two very small problems?
The bill would have to get through the Senate and be signed by President Obama to become law.
If we can just get past those few minor bumps, this is as good as done!
